How long does it take to process my order?

  • Ready to Ship items will ship the day you order or within 24 hours depending on the time of day the order is placed. Orders placed on Sunday will ship the next day.

Where do you ship and what shipping carriers do you use?

  • Red Wolf Customs ships all merchandise to locations within the United States and we currently use USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
  • Customer is responsible for merchandise once it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and customer assumes all risk of loss and title for all merchandise.
  • We offer Route insurance at checkout and it only costs $0.98 USD for cart totals under $100 USD and 1.5% - 5% of cart total based on several factors. Route insurance is not required, however, if you uncheck the Route button, we will not be able to offer any refunds or replacements for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Do you offer delivery?

  • We sure do! Local delivery is offered within a 20 mile radius from our location to the Lawton, Fort Sill, Elgin, Fletcher, and Medicine Park areas in Oklahoma. Portions of Geronimo, Cache, Apache, and Cyril are included. The local delivery option will automatically be available at checkout if your address is within the 20 mile radius.
